Return & Refund Policy for The Dog Food Shop Limited
Due to the possibility for ex-warehouse contamination, The Dog Food Shop Limited, will not accept a return of goods that have successfully been delivered and accepted by purchasers.
The following exception(s) may apply;
- If goods are returned to the dispatch personnel at exactly the time of delivery;
In the event that a particular customer has returned products more than two (2) times, within a 90-day period, we will no longer be obliged to provide an exchange or a refund, to that particular customer, under any circumstances.
