Return & Refund Policy for The Dog Food Shop Limited

Due to the possibility for ex-warehouse contamination, The Dog Food Shop Limited, will not accept the return of any product that has successfully been delivered and accepted by purchaser, either within or outside any of its sales outlets.

The following exception(s) may apply;

Exception(s)

• If a product is detected to be breached and is returned to the delivery personnel at exactly the time of delivery.  This will not apply in the situation where the delivery vendor was recruited by the purchaser;

In the event that a particular customer has returned products more than two (2) times, within a 90-day period, we will no longer be obliged to provide an exchange or a refund, to that particular customer, under any circumstance.
